Massage for Love

This private, two-person workshop offers a gentle introduction to massage as a form of everyday care. Suitable for partners, relatives, or anyone who wants to support a loved one’s wellbeing, the session focuses on connection, safety, and simple techniques that soothe tension.

You’ll work with each other throughout, with my guidance, so you can build skills that feel personal and relevant to your relationship. The emphasis is on respect, communication, and creating comfort.

Session length: 2 hours

Location & Date: Agreed on booking (can be booked at Soma Wellbeing Centre or in your own home, dates are flexible to suit you)

Cost: £150 (+ Travel for at-home appointment)

Massage for Wellbeing

This small-group workshop (up to 5 people) introduces simple, effective self-massage techniques that you can build into your own self-care routine. You’ll learn practical tools to ease tension, support relaxation, and reconnect with your body in a way that feels manageable and grounding.

Across the session, I guide you through accessible techniques for areas like the neck, shoulders, face, hands, and feet, using your own hands or everyday objects you may already have at home. No experience is needed, and everything can be adapted to your mobility, comfort, and energy levels.

Session length: 2 hours
