Holistic Massage

Reiki
Reiki is a traditional Japanese complimentary therapy. Using the body’s natural healing processes, it promotes deep relaxation, stress-relief and emotional balance. Impactful as a standalone treatment, or combined with massage for deeper tension relief.

Deep Tissue Massage
Working deeper with slower and firmer pressure to ease tension, supporting sore and tired muscles. Deep tissue massage can increase mobility and relieve chronic tightness, always working with your comfort levels.

TMJ Massage
A unique treatment designed specifically to reduce jaw tension & pain (TMJ Dysfunction) by combining face, scalp & neck massage, myofascial release & facial cupping.
