Reiki
Reiki is a traditional Japanese complimentary therapy. Using the body’s natural healing processes, it promotes deep relaxation, stress-relief and emotional balance. Impactful as a standalone treatment, or combined with massage for deeper tension relief.

Indian Head Massage

Deep Tissue Massage

Facial Cupping & Myofascial Release
~ Booking from 15th January ~ A unique facial treatment that combines cupping, TMJ and myofascial release, and facial wood therapy. Designed specifically to reduce jaw tension (TMJ Dysfunction), reduce facial puffiness, fine lines, and reduce headaches, migraines and sinus pressure/congestion.
