Ideally you want a quiet and relaxing space, with enough room for the massage couch (90cm wide x 160cm long) with enough room around this so the treatment can take place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.

The standard radius is 5 miles from the city centre. We charge a £5 surcharge for at-home appointments which supports the cost and time it takes to travel and book your appointment around mutual availability. If you live more than 5 miles away, please contact and we can arrange a specific appointment with an increased surcharge based on mileage.

Reiki is a non-intrusive and restoring treatment. It can’t hurt you - the energy will work with you to do what it needs to do. We always recommend a series of sessions, as you will find you ‘let in’ the benefits more as you get used to the treatment and how it feels. You may experience sensation (heat, tingling, coldness, ‘buzzing’), or you may feel very heavy, sleepy, or very energised - everyone is different.

We ask for 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment - for changes within 24 hours we will charge the full treatment cost. For appointments at Soma, please cancel or reschedule using the Fresha app. For mobile appointments please contact us in the way that you originally booked.

To protect our time, we ask for a 50% payment on booking. If you cancel your booking with 24 hours notice, this will be returned to you. For any appointments that are rescheduled, this payment will be carried across. The final 50% of treatment will be charged after the treatment is completed.
